Sinus issues.

In autumn, everything is "falling" and it can be rainy (at least here in the midwest) and therefore you have a mixture of dead leaves etc on the ground and dampness which inturn, equal mold.

In spring, everything is blooming and so you have all kinds of pollen in the air. Plus the added bonus of wintery dust, and stuffiness in your homes.

All in all both seasons (from personal experiance) cause sinus issues! Or in a more put in a more beautiful way,

Death and rebirth.
