There are lots of bacteria that live in mucous, but most of them are not harmful. As far as parasite, there are only a very few and they are rare unless you live in the tropical parts of the world. And, there are no parasites that shoot out a tentacle with droplets of mucous. That is a condition that some people experience when they have a mild sinus infection due to the common cold. If the mucous is flowing abundantly, it can flow out of the nose in a droplet, seemingly from nowhere, and that can be mistaken for a "parasite with a mucous producing tentacle.
