There are a few measures that can be used to determine normal, healthy weight. Body-mass index is one measure, which you can look up online through the government. Also, there is another measure that determines your "ideal" weight, which may not be appropriate in all cases, for all body types, but here goes:

For women: Start with 100 pounds at 5 feet. Add 5 pounds for each inch above five feet. This should give you your ideal weight (for a woman with a height of 5'3" the ideal weight would be 115 pounds).

For men: Start with 106 pounds at 5 feet. Add 6 pounds for each inch above five feet. This should give you wour ideal weight (for a man with a height of 5'3" the ideal weight would be 124).
