I have been studying the position of a Physician's Assistant and I found out that they are the next best thing. They can write prescriptions, attend to patients without the presence of a doctor, and they are paid very well. So, Physician's Assistant is the next best thing. Also they spend less time and money in school, so this would be the way to go if you are worried about money
