The reason the human body requires sleep is so when you're asleep, the Devil will infiltrate your mind trying to corrupt you. (These are nightmares). At the same time, God is trying to purify your mind and make you a Saint. (Good dreams). During the sleep process a war is going on in your mind between God and the Devil. The natural process of Good V. Evil results in a sound sleep. When either side starts winning, the result is the apocalypse. Sweet Dreams!
