Where to begin?

The flora lining your gut are responsible for digestion and absorption of nutrients into your system.

When your flora isn't functioning properly you can end up with gas, abdominal bloating, burping, acid reflux, heartburn, IBS symptoms and all sorts of issues.

Often times the flora in our stomach are taken over by bad bacterial overgrowth. This can lead to all sorts of problems.

Do a Google search on this :-)
