What is the hourly pay for LPN in Shreveport Louisiana?

The hourly pay varies greatly by the job. Nursing homes / Skilled nursing facilities are on the higher end with an average of $18-19 / hr for 7-3 shift, higher for the 3-11 & 11-7 shifts. The hospitals in the area, especially Willis Knighton starting pay is rather low, I was offered $12.50 as a base pay, not counting any shift differential. I have heard from fellow nurses that Christus Schumpert & Overton Brooks more per hour than WK, but I'm not sure of the amount. Home health pay usually falls in the middle of these ranges, and clinics also vary greatly, some offering only $9-10 / hr, others $15-19.
