What is the easiest way to induce heterochromia through blunt trauma on myself?

Even though you SHOULDN'T getting punched will induce blunt trauma may not be enough for heterochromia or obvious change but if you are dumb enough and really want it you can repeatly hit yourself and for less bruising use a phone book. It leaves less bruising i know this because I hit someone :)
