A physical exam is when a doctor or psyciatrist (or someone like that) examines your body for any problems, i.e a health check
Did you clean them correctly? It is not a smart question. Sometimes our armpits don't get under the water. The next time you are in the bath use a sponge and lather soap on it. If you usually shave your armpits, don't forget. (Armpit hair holds on to sweat and this is why we smell sometimes). Scrub your armpits really well. When you get out of the bath take care to dry them properly. Use talc powder to absorb the moisture. If you still have a problem then you should go and talk to your doctor about it. They will over advice on your problem.
A doctor feels your neck and armpits to check for swollen lymph nodes, which can indicate infection, inflammation, or other medical conditions. The lymph nodes in these areas are key parts of the immune system, and their enlargement can provide important clues about underlying health issues. This physical examination helps the doctor assess your overall health and determine if further diagnostic tests are needed.
