The difference(s) between a penis and a vagina:

the penis is a male sex organ used for both urinating and copulation. ("ejaculate" flows into the vagina of a woman to fertilize eggs, the ejaculation that is produced has thousands of sperm, which will thereby impregnate the female if her eggs are successfully reached by the sperm)

The male's penis is used, as previously stated, for both purposes of urinating and reproductive actions. The female, however, has her vagina in one place in her groin area, and her urethra above the vagina. The reason for this is that the environment for fertilizing the eggs she has needs to be non-acidic, and urine is acidic. Thus, her urethra cannot be in the same place as her vagina.

A man's penis has to be on the outer part of his body, since sperm has to be kept at a certain temperature on it's way into the woman's vagina. If his penis were inside of him, the sperm would flow out of his body and 1. might not reach the vagina properly, and 2. the sperm could die outside the body at a lower than optimal temperature for fertilizing the woman's eggs
