What is the difference between Actavis Promethazine Codein Syrup and Caraco's version?

The only real difference between Actavis Promethazine Codeine Syrup and Caraco's version is availability and perhaps flavor. Actavis pulled its codeine syrup from the shelves and no longer offers it. Caraco's version is reportedly less fruity and flavorful.
