'Opposite' has no comparative or superlative form. Something is either opposite something else (or opposite to something else), or it is not.

Opposite is an absolute. There cannot be something which is more or most opposite.
"Worse" is the comparative of "bad". Its opposite is the comparative of "good", in other words "better".
The opposite of "laide" in French is "beau" which means beautiful or handsome.

The opposite of an ugly lady would most likely be a handsome man.
Lousy can apply many things that it is helpful to see it in a sentence to determine an opposite. The weather was so lousy that the picnic had to be cancelled. The weather was so wonderful that we all enjoyed the picnic. In my examples, the opposite of lousy is wonderful.
I suppose that would be extreme - or in the argot of the field - "anomalous" outstanding, exceptional, superlative
