A healthy weight for an adult of your height would be 8 stone to 10 stone.

but this is in adults so don't worry too much about it. Drink 2 litres of water a day, do at least half an hour of of moderate exercise five times week, eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and do not eat too much junk and you should be fine. Get in to good habits early wil prevent weoght problems in suture.

Remember crash dies do ot work so if you really want to lose a lot of weight and keep it off either join a weight lose group or boost up exercise to an hour everday and try not to consume any more than 1500 calories a day.
