Spirulina is a blue-green algae plant like organism (also known as the superfood) that is found in salt water and in some large fresh water lakes. Spulina is used as a supplement to help with ADHD, weight loss, depression, anxiety, stress, PMS, and fatigue. It is also used to lower cholestoral, prevent Heart disease, heal wounds, boost energy and metabilism, and boost the immune system. unfortunitly there is not alot of proven scientific evidence yet.

Be aware that there can be side effects such as vomitting, weakness, and even death. Always make sure you speak to a specialist before purchasing the product.

There is also Organic Spirulina that is made up of 60% protein. One gram of Spirulina contains about four grams of protein. Organic Spirulina also contains iron, vitiman b12, and some minirals (copper, potassium, and manganese).
