Physical Fitness and Sports Talent Test- it is a test that will measure how physicaly fit you are and teaches you how and why are you doing this test.

There are 13 main items in the physical fitness:

1.) Arm Span- this test is not to measure the length of your arms but to know if you are capable of doing activities like Volleyball.

2.) Sitting Height- measures the length, from the point where you sit up to the vertex of your head.

3.) Standing Long Jump- measures the strength of your leg muscles.

4.)Basketball pass- tests your arm muscles.

5.) 90 degree Push-Ups- Measures the strength and endurance of your body. You cannot continue if you know you can't do it.

6.) Partial Curl-Up's- tests the strength and endurance of your abdominal muscles.

7.) Trunk Lift- measures the back extensor muscles.

8.) 40 meter sprint- measures your speed.

9) 1 kilometer run or walk- measures or test the ability of your heart and lungs.

10.)Shoulder Stretch- let you know whether you can reach your other hand thru your back.

11.) Sit and Reach- you sit on the floor, with a tape measure on between legs and stretch your arms as far as you can.

12.)Stature- measures your height.

13.) Body Mass- measures your weight.
