Well it sounds like a pinched nerve.Years ago I had same. it turned out that I had tarsal tunnel syndrome.Which is similar to carpal. Also may be peripheral neuropothy. Common in diabetics but can be "idiopathic" or unknown. Can be isolated to one area of hands & or feet. But, may also appear in face and jaw. Regardless a burning sensation is most likely nerve-based as previously posted.

First of all, if all regular blood examinations are normal and the pain did not came on very acute [ within a day or so] and there is no logical explanation for these pains [overdoing things] then check blood levels of 25[OH]D which is vitamin D and also levels of vitamin B12.
Pain in the lower back means you could have many things going on. Is it an injury? Is it spinal degeneration? Is it a hip subluxation? Scoliosis? Do you have a kidney problem? Get an x-ray by a qualified doctor.
