Is something wrong 9 week old puppy can't bark if she tries it comes out very hoarse and quit almost like a human with larangytis?
So we brought her home about a week ago. She is currently 9.5 weeks old. A black lab Shephard mix. She is super quiet and very relaxed. The odd time she'll whine in her crate at night but it's only for a minute. My husband tried to temp her to bark with a treat and when she finally did it sounded like a person with larangytis. A hoarse quit bark like she was clearing her throat. Is it possible she doesn't know how to or is it something wrong with her vocals.
