drink plenty of water,everytime u feel hungry drink water and wait 15 mins if u still feel the need to eat then you are hungry,good luck

Neither. Pizza isn't healthy and celery has no real nutrition. Eat a good healthy meal with lean meat and healthy veggies and water or unsweetened tea for a drink and you'll feel much better.
