I am sure you want to know about "fertility". Fertility is the phenomenon of being able to procreate; that is, to be able to have children. Males and Females of every species are said to be 'fertile' if they can produce young ones. Its opposite is "sterility'. In humans it has many causes and is a major cause of concern for childless people.
