mind and body are just as important as each other however the mind controlls the body so many mental illness lead to physical illnesses. A common mental illness..... stress for example increases blood preasure and heart rate, lower imunity, increase risk and healing ime of injury, the hormones secreated damage the kidneys, incrase in metabolism, diolation of pupils and bronchi and it has been proven that your body realises a chemical called cortsol that destroys neurons ad affects the memory. my advise would be to access which is the most servere and get them both looked at but don't over think things the human mind is a pandoras box and trying to understand it could sendyou insane in its self. Just remember to calm down and if it can be resolved it will be resolve alt faster if you relax.
