That depends what those "other drugs" are. Combined with other stimulants, your heart can start racing way, way too fast, which can lead to a heart attack.

Cocaine is frequently done with opiates, like heroin, which is known as a "speed ball." As long as you are not injecting these drugs, and as long as you are only smoking or snorting small amounts at a time, this does not present a HUGE risk. But both of these drugs are POWERFULLY addictive. Most recreational users of heroin and/or cocaine eventually end up being addicts.

I have seen people use stacker 2 pills, and many other over the counter meds, baby laxative, prescription pills from phentermine (a diet pill, which also adds to the stimulant effect of cocaine), and even drywall dust and the usual baking soda. People will cut it with any white powder they have on hand, which can be very dangerous for IV users.
