The tablet if white, a slightly oblong is a hydrocodone 7.5mg combination with 500mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). It was known as Lortab 7.5 til the brand name patent ran out.

The combination of hydrocodone 7.5mg and acetaminophen 500mg used in Watson 385 pills is also know under brand names Vicodin and Norco. Watson Pharmaceuticals manufactures a generic version of the medication.
