To pervert something is to change it or corrupt it from being what was intended. A pervert on the other hand is a person that has unacceptable sexual behaviors.

well it depends on the relationship between the stalker and victim. if the stalker is a bboyfriend then he is a little too nosey. if its a x boyfriend or a stranger, then its just wrong. the person being stalked must like the attention. maybe the victim is a hooker or wants someone to use her as a sex toy or just wants money. if the person likes being stalked then that's a problem. if the person is a stranger you should be worried maybe scarerd. the stalker maybe a pevert, a rapist, a robber, a shooter ect. you never now who they are or what they are capable of. there is no scientific name, but i would call it .... abnormal or (a word im making up) attenhook. a person who is a hooker who loves attention and loves sex and pays people, or take peoples money to have sex. btw that is iligal.
