Best Answer

A laxative makes you move your bowel or pee.
Laxitives are are a special typeof medicine that tastes and looks like chocolate. It is usually used for people who are constipated so they release body waste that hasn't been released in a while. Bulimic people also use it so they can digest to get thinner But i advice not to use abuse the affetcs on laxitives in an inappropriate way.

Laxatives are used as constipation remedies. Stool softeners and lubricant laxatives are also helpful because they make dry, hard stools easier to pass. Mineral oil can be used as a lubricant laxative, as can a glycerin suppository.

The best is to get enough fiber in your diet. Eat your fruits and veggies daily or take a fiber supplement.

The safest laxative is bisacodyl, which works over several hours but doesn't cause cramping. Just remember that if you use any laxative on a regular basis, your body becomes addicted to it and you won't be able to go without a laxative! Just use it once in a while if you really need it - and get more fiber.
