Migraine headache. Works like a charm, everytime. You can have one and be fine the next day, they make it impossible to do anything THAT day, and no one can tell you that you dont get them. Sypmtoms you may wanna play up are sensitivity to light in your eyes, loud sounds, being irritable, being tired. =)
