anything veggie or fruit, but be careful you aren't dipping it in some high calorie dip!

if you are on the road and get hungry, don't go to McDonald's!

drive a little further and find a Subway.

PS. if you are thinking about getting a dog or cat please get one from you local shelter or pound.

One snack is milk choclate i know this because in the 2006-2007 Van Holtenon page 77 in the year book it said that chocolate dose good things to your heart, skin, and brain.

Some healthy snacks are: apple slices spread with peanut butter, dark chocolate, popcorn, and raw vegetables dipped in yogurt.

A healthy diet - is all about maintaining a balance of the different food groups you eat. There's nothing wrong with eating sugary snack - PROVIDED - you don't eat too much, and eat a normal (or a low-sugar) diet at meal times.

This is not saying all high calorie snacks are bad. For example, 1/4 cup of nuts or legumes like peanuts usually has a high amount of calories - but they also supply a great number of good vitamins and minerals.
