T refers to the tumor size.

N refers to what lymph nodes are affected.

M refers to whether it has metastasized.

T1N2M0 would be a small tumor that has spread to some lymph nodes but has not broken off and travelled to distant parts of the body. Exactly what it means varies according the tumor.
