What is Gluthatione?

Gluthatione is a natural compound in the human body made from 3 amino acids: Cystein, Glutamine and Glycine. Cystein is one of the amino acid for the synthesis of Gluthatione, which is very critical in detoxification. Cystein has mucolytic properties, and is powerful antioxidant and detoxifier. Glycine, part of the thiol group ,which is serves as a reducing agent to prevent oxidation of tissues.
