you should'NT. you should apply ice for 15 - 20 minutes. as soon as you can. this will take down any swelling from prventing blood to rush to the area. it is also a good idea to ice again about 5-6 hours later, and also take an anti imflamoratory such advil , or moltrin. Tylenol is not an anti imflamitory (acetominiphen). going back to play will only defeat the purpose of icing.

provided it is just oxycodone and no acetominiphen or aspirin in it such as Oxycontin or roxicodone yes it certainly can and it rocks!!! Yes it does rock.. Yes you can use oxycodone apap (Tylenol) just have to cold water extract it. kind of a pain. but worth it in the end..
