What if it feels like period cramps but just finished your period and the cramps are on and off all the time?

It sounds to me, like you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. You can get cramps for a variety of reasons: Trapped Gas, impending diarrhea, constipation, by being lactose intolerant, etc. See your doctor if the cramps are conistent with your period.

This could just be your uterine lining coming away which is normal, it just came away after your period instead of with it.

um it could be because you are close to your period. inside your body is getting ready for it so that's why it hurts to be sure were a pad just in case because your probably really close; but if you have cramps for a long period of time like i have there is no explantion

I get cramps to. It just means that your body is working and you are going to get your perod soon. You can take Advil or another pain killer to help the severity.
