Normal period cramps
If you have period cramps, but no period, this is normal, and nothing to worry about. You may just be in the middle of yourperiods, and your uterus id contracting. This causes cramps. See you doctor if you are still concerned.
It could be just be a sign that you're going to get your period or it's ovarian cramps, which aren't something I fully understand but I went to the doctor and that's how it was explained to me.
Yes. It is perfectly normal to have cramps after your period. You still have a lot of hormones that your body is dealing with. Just give it a few days.

um it could be because you are close to your period. inside your body is getting ready for it so that's why it hurts to be sure were a pad just in case because your probably really close; but if you have cramps for a long period of time like i have there is no explantion
You do get PMS, get cramps, but I'm not sure about the fart maybe you just ate to much beans yesterday:)
I get cramps to. It just means that your body is working and you are going to get your perod soon. You can take Advil or another pain killer to help the severity.
