Ovaries not so much as produce, but release eggs. Women are born with their whole supply, and as her body deems fit, matures them and releases them down the falopian tubes. Testes produce sperm that, during sex get mixed with a "transport fluid" so to speak, producing semen. This when in contact with an egg can be the beginning of a baby.
