Probably nothing so long as you do not have any diseases that can be passed on that way. it would probably be more hygienic then a kiss between lovers as the spit would have a chance to cool and kill some of the unpleasant pathogens if the existed. Aside from that it sounds like a good way to make an enemy out of someone that while they may not be your friend now may become one latter if you did not.
