You can eat ANYTHING on a diet, as long as it's within your calorie allowance. Count it in, see if it'll fit and what you'll have to trade for it. Apples are surprisingly high in sugar, so you can't have too many of them. Granola bars are typically also quite high, but plan your meals and you'll probably be able to fit one in.

Well first of all you would be taking a risk because you wouldnt be getting the proper nutreintes you need. Secondly you would not be getting any proteins. So overall your basically starving yourself but not starving yourself. Get it?
