It really depends on the order of consumption; If you take all these at the same time you are in serious trouble. If you space them out properly and in the correct order you will have a less dramatic time. I don't use anymore and I do not condone anyone else using but, in the past, have actually taken all of these substances in the the same night. Ask your doctor though because it is such a high risk involved, especially if you have a prior condition. Be safe and don't do drugs!

it can be very deadly. Some people have a allergic reaction like I did with this particular combination. I took about 2 bars and when I was about done with an 8ball (3.5grams) it became really hard to talk. Then within five minutes I could not talk or make any sound at all. I had to write on a piece of paper to my girlfriend that she should take me to the ER. It was really scary. It can also mess your heart up. These drugs are the exact opposites, one is an upper and the other a downer, so it confuses your. It is very dangerous, please do not try this!

While speedballing is never safe, it's pretty much awesome. I myself used to mix the two all the time in the same line, and I'm still around to type this answer! And Xanax is CLUTCH when you're comin down from that white stuff. So it might strain your heart a bit, but I didn't kill me or any of my friends lol. Xanax and methadone is a different story...had 2 friends OD from that combo.

Any competent doctor will advise you not to do this (actually, any competent doctor will advise you to never use cocaine at all, but that's beside the point here). Mixing drugs can be verydangerous. If you take too many "downers" (depressants) at the same time -- such as Valium, Xanax, oxycodone, morphine, heroin -- you may pass out and never wake up. You will stop breathing and your brain will die from lack of oxygen.

If you take too many "uppers" (stimulants) at the same time -- such as coke, meth, speed, etc. -- your heart will start beating much too fast, which can cause heart failure and death.

Taking too many uppers and downers together can also kill you. In some ways, mixing uppers and downers together is even more dangerous than just taking uppers or downers alone.

Here's why: your body has some natural defenses against drug overdose. Think about what happens when you drink too much: you either pass out (making it impossible for you to drink any more) or you vomit (ridding your body of the excess alcohol).

The same is true with recreational drugs. If you take too much Valium/oxy/heroin/whatever -- not enough to kill you outright, but too much for your body to process all at once -- you will pass out and be incapable of taking more drugs.

If you take too many uppers -- coke, meth, Ritalin, etc. -- your heart will start pounding madly, your breathing will become faster and harder, you'll feel jittery and manic, and you will generally be in a state of extreme discomfort. You may also become paranoid and think you are dying. All of these unpleasant effects will deter you from taking more drugs.

These are your body's safety mechanisms at work. If you don't have enough sense to stop -- or if you are hopelessly self-destructive -- your body will attempt to MAKE you stop.

Unfortunately, these biological safety methods are not as effective when you mix uppers and downers. The mix of uppers and downers will get you high as a kite, but you won't feel as if you are physically in any danger: you snort too much coke, you feel jittery, so you take a Valium or an oxy to slow down. Then you'll want more coke, and the coke will make you want more Valium/oxy/heroin/whatever.

If you keep going like this, you will have a drug overdose and die. But your body will not be able to make you stop in time, since the uppers and downers are cancelling each other out to a certain extent. Since you feel fine -- you're not passing out, nor is your heart pounding madly -- you won't realize anything's wrong. You might not even realize you're dying until it's too late.

So, here is the bottom line: cocaine is a dangerous and highly addictive drug, and I strongly recommend you do not use it. I used it for a long time (along with many other drugs, such as heroin to come down from the coke) and these drugs took YEARS from my life. They are SO addictive. Now I am almost 30 years old, and I basically have had to start my adult life all over again. It was like being 18 years old again and growing into adulthood all over again.

If you insist on using cocaine, then yes, you can take a little bit of Xanax or Valium with it...BUT ONLY A VERY TINY AMOUNT. Break the pills into tiny pieces, take only one piece at a time, and wait at least 30 minutes between doses to see how it affects you. And DO NOT SNORT THE XANAX.

Also, PLEASE make sure there is someone around who can call 911 for you, should you run into trouble. If no one can be there, then put your closest neighbors, friends, relatives and 911 on speed dial. You should be able to get help with the touch of a button.

Really, under these circumstances, the only time you should be taking Xanax/Valium is AFTER the cocaine high, when you are crashing and unable to sleep. The Xanax will help you sleep, and help elevate your mood. Even then, take only small amounts, every 30 minutes or so. Wait to see how it affects you before you take more.
