It depends on what you eat. If you eat low-calorie, nutrient-dense food, like salad, you will feel full and enjoy good health.

If you eat high-calorie, low-nutrient food like cheeseburgers, you will gain weight, and set yourself up for Heart disease, Diabetes, and even cancer.

Well you eventually get fat, and you get diabetes if, you eat to much of it. You will also have a long sugar rush! It triggers an insulin reaction. Your body is set up to process complex carbohydrates (the natural state of foods), so when it gets the sugar signal, it puts out a massive amount of insulin anticipating it necessary to digest the complex carbohydrates. But confronted with simple carbohydrates, much less is used than anticipated so the excess insulin brings down dramatically your blood sugar, making you crave more, and hungrier than before.

Sugar also depresses your immune system, depletes your body of vitamins, can cause mental disturbances, obesity, diabetes.

I know it's delicious but minimize its use!!

If you eat too much of it you will have a sore throat because honey is hot inside.

Yes it can be bad for you if you consume too much. Its still Sugar and has a negative effect on your body's insulin level. High Sugar/High Insulin is really bad for your general health.
