Adolescents can be healthy by eating healthy and exercizing. Teens need more iron and vitamins in their diet because they are still growing. They, and everyone, should avoid having too much sugar or chemical replacements. Again, because they are growing, teens need more sleep a night than adults, with eight hours a night being generally accepted as healthy. Adolescents should exercize for half an hour to an hour a day and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain breads and snacks are also a good thing to have. Obviously, to be healthy, teens should avoid unhealthy habits like drinking and smoking. I hope this helps!
