There aren't many that don't count; it is good to eat all of them. Though I would say tomatoes and cucumber don't give you as much nutrients as other fruits and vegetables. :)
Yes because if you eat more than one portion of the same fruit of veg it does not give you any different nutrients
The one you dont eat.
its a mix and you should eat one every day but they very uncommon.
fruity tuity
Broccoli is a vegetable, and one of the healthiest at that!
No , it is not !
If you are referring to the 'five servings of fruits and vegetables a day' slogan, then no, water is not a fruit or vegetable and therefore not one of your 5.
Only if it is pure fruit juice, not the stuff you dilute with water. If it is pure fruit juice, then a 250ml glass of it will class as one of your five a day.
In the UK five a day means the recommended amount of fruit and veg to be eaten each day to maintain a healthy diet. Potatoes and cereal do not count, and some food items that do count, for example fruit juice and baked beans only count as one portion regardless of how much you eat.
One would classify a tomato as fruit officially although it is considered and used as a vegetable for culinary purposes. It is thought of more as a vegetable when cooking because it is used in savory dishes.
no because there are to much starch in potatoes
divide your weight by 2 and that will give you the amount of water you should drink in one day, but you also count when you eat vegetable and fruit as well as drinking tea or coffee.
