Any food that is rich in Amino acids and there is 21 all together and to give you a idea the best amino acids would have to be L-carentine and l-glutimine and those really seem to help your master gland located in the center of your brain produce growth hormone. Also exercising is really healthy for your body and helps Growth hormone production in your body but you have to do at least 20 minutes of hard strenuous exercising like pumping iron, running, and cycling. Vitamins are very healthy and the ones that help you grow are A, C, and D. Some amino acids combined with hardcore exercising can actually make your body produce 5 times as much growth for a few hours.

So pretty much what ever makes you healthy or is healthy for you will most likely help you grow and cheese is very good in every way around and so is dairy products and maybe that is why the dutch are the most tallest in the world going from an average height of 5,7 to 6,0 tall over the past 50 years and it's all from staying healthy.
