You should eat a lot of fruits (apple and bananas especially), drink a lot of water and apple juice or a cup of hot tea (you can put some lemon juice in it too). Do not eat fried food, sauces, spicy food and no chocolate, snacks or junk food. Even drinks as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, etc... are to avoid.
