They didn't kiss yet, and they probably aren't going to.

I can't really see them as more than best friends, even thought I want to, and it's so infuriating!!! Ahh.. anyways, I think Kurosaki Ichigo & Inoue Orihime are going to end up together.

If you watch the anime, there's 9 seasons out so far I think. However, I have a friend that reads the manga and I think it's already on season 14 if you want to read ahead.
