You obtain the energy from the food you eat, when you breath your body breaks down the food and turns it into energy that it can use ATP molecules.
My energy to breath:)
You cannot CREATE energy but the human body can transform energy from one kind (chemical energy in the bonds that make up food and oxygen in the air we breath) into other types of energy (heat, potential energy - by lifting something).
they breath through their gills
It is used to keep your body temperature at a constant temperature
Blowhole
You use your lungs to breath. Your heart pumps the blood round your body (including into and out of the lungs where gas exchange occurs when you breath).
You breath in (inhale) all the gases in the atmosphere. viz. Nitrogen , Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Water, the inert(Noble) gases. However, only one gas is beneficial to animated life viz., oxygen. , which is absorbed into the animated organism. The animated organism then exhales carbon dioxide, together with all the other atmosphereic gases, formerly inhaled. In humans, carbon dioxide also regulates the breathing rate of approximately 40 breaths per minute. This can vary depending on the level of physical activity, e.g. sleeping, or running etc.,
Energy
well, when animals breath, it gives them energy. just like us humans, organs inside the body use food and/or respiration to form energy, just like a cheetah uses water to hydrate.
when you eat food your body gets energy, what is the time you use the energy
If you don't breath heavily after your sprint or race because when you run slow you use alot of you energy up then you breath heavily
