My wife was taking phentermine to lose weight and she is a chronic marijuana smoker. Smoking marijuana helped her to sleep easier at night, as the phentermine would keep her up. With the high doses of phentermine she was taking, the marijuana also helped her with eating the smallest portions of food. She really did not have much of an appetite which is good if you are wanting to lose weight, however, you still need to eat in order to get nutrition. Word of advise, drink plenty of water throughout the day while taking phentermine. My wife has since stopped taking the prescribe "crack" and has shown no signs of problems with the combination of both phentermine and marijuana. I hope this is helpful with your question.

∙ 13y agothere is a posibility of your heart rate increasind depending on the strenght of the marijuana and the phentermine, im a marijuana user i was a good candidate when i got my recomendation i suffer from anxiety, nausea, constipation and acid reflux the marijuana helps me with all of that. i recently started taking phentarmine 37.5 and i noticed that i get really high anxiety if i smoke marijuana the same day i take the phentermine my heart rate goes up and is hard to control my anxiety but this only happens in certain kinds of strengths in the marijuana. i try not to smoke at least 6-8 hours after taking the phentarmine i also try to take phentarmine first thing when i get up in the morning. hope this helped
