Your body needs a good 8 hours of sleep, exercise (at least a good deal of walking each day, if nothing else), good nutrition (not too many sweets, saturated fats, or processed foods - but plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and legumes), focused activity (work, school, volunteering, and the like), and a generally positive, hopeful attitude.
