Total fats give you nutrients to function your body properly. But saturated fat are not good for your body. Saturated fats are food that cannot hold anymore food, so it well saturates and stores as fat. Which will combine and make your belly enlarge. I would suggest the food pyramid but no one uses that anymore, but be determined to stay active, eat healthy, and don't let anyone be overly critical your ooverwn weight.
