It is usually not an indication of heart trouble, however it should be ruled out. There have been cases where the heart is rotated a certain degree causing unusual symptomatology. In the absence of heart irregularity there is a vast array of causal possibilities. A pinching of a nerve in the back or upper arm could also be ruled out.
it probably means you wacked ur funnybone . if not go to hospital I have had this numbing and tingling problem on and off for years when I'm sleeping as well and have found that whenever it starts up again I take "Circulation Blend SP-11B" by Solaray, 2capsules 1 to 3 times a day depending on how severe it is for a few weeks and it goes away for several months before coming back. One can take it always of course to avoid it from coming back. All natural and just helps to circulate blood through the body. Good luck!
The main one to worry about is on the left side which you are more than likely aware of however, some do not know the signs of a heart attack. I would like to ask you a few quetions if I may? Have you suffered a back injury in the past or recently. Have you been typing a lot? Have you suffered any other kind of injury to that part of your body? Have you had headaches? Do you have high blood pressure? Do you have Diabetes? Are you taking any new meds? If you would like to answer these questions that do pertain to you or if not, this is also another way of letting you know that it could be due to any of these questions being answered with a yes. A stroke could also cause numbness in body parts. If you have a doctor please see him or her asap even if you have to go to the ER if the problem gets worse. I am asking these questions so that I could at least tell you if it is something to take seriously or not. Take care and talk soon, Jupiter's Dawn
Depends on where the tingling is..tingling is usually associated with a pinched nerve, or sometimes carpal tunnel
this may be caused by spending a little to much time spending your whole day with Gatorade and tissue, maybe lotion
Could mean that you have pinched nerve.
Tingling in the arm is usually paresthesiae, that "pins and needles" feeling one gets when falling asleep on the arm for example. Tingling also can happen in the right arm when Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is present.
what does tingling in the top of the right leg mean and red viens running around the top
Tingling in the left arm and armpit could signal a heart attack. It also could be a sign of thoracic outlet syndrome.
someone is in love with you.........woooooooo
One cause can be excessive mouse use, especially if you lean on the table while using your computer.
If your arm is tingling and feeling numb it may be asleep just shake it until it feels better ! WARNING : This is only a suggestion this may not be the case !
Could be anything from spine or nerve damage to a GREAT indicator of a heart attack. If you have this might be time to head to an emergency room.
