Well, its hard to tell, but if your constantly making jokes than he problebly just thinks your funny, and if your not being funny at all but he laughs, mabye hes desparate, but if hes very flirty, than he mabye likes you. sorry im not an expert, i just ask guys out if i like them, i dont care if he says noor does not like me.
