It depends. It could mean that he likes you as a friend and simply wants to "hang out" (spend time with you as a friend). It could mean that he wants to get to know you better, or that he is actually asking you out for a date, but finds it difficult or "not cool" to specifically ask for a date. Ok... But what are some examples of hanging out?
a
You are crazy, and he is afraid of you.
Usually it means you take things too seriously. Either that or that no really means yes.
she nees to get to know you better
it means that if you are in town call him anytime you are available to hang out or want to make a plan to hang out... it means that if you are in town call him anytime you are available to hang out or want to make a plan to hang out...
It could mean either one actually, but I think he means the next time you guys hang out. Be careful and don't do anything you don't want to do, you have plenty of time.
It means he is asking you out in a boyfriend-girlfriend way to go on dates like a slow or fast relationship. You can say yes or no but don't make them seem so sad if you say no or yes. That means you don't need to be mean and it seems like you are the jerk if you say no in such a negative way and tell him you guys can be friends, just friends. Go for it, if you say yes and want to.
she probably likes you (:
Sexy time...
NO! DEFINITELY NOT...FOR ALL YOU KNOW SHE ONLY THINKS YOU GUYS WANT TO HANG OUT AS FRIENDS. IF YOU WANT TO ASK HER OUT YOU SHOULD GROW SOME BALLS AND SAY-WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME?? :D
that you guys can still hang out and there wont be any feelings for each other.
It means he might like you.
