What does it mean to make a healthy choice?

Anything organic is a good choice but not necessary for good health. It's a good idea to stay away from fast food and anything that doesn't sound healthy. High fructose corn syrup is NOT good for you. The commercials are wrong. But everything is good in moderation. So just stick to fruits and vegetables. That's always somewhere to start. But organic foods do seem to be healthier.

The meaning of a healthy choice is subjective as what may be healthy for one person may not be healthy for another. In general a healthy choice is a doing something or eating something that will maintain and improve your health. It is eating an apple instead of a candy bar or playing outside with your children instead of watching the newest animated movie with them.
