Infection or urinary stones are the most common causes. It depends on what gender you are. If you are a girl, then it could be a menstrual cycle, implantation bleeding, or a number of things. For men, it could be prostate problems. The best idea is to get it checked out by your primary care physician, who might refer you to a urologist. This should be checked out immediately though. It could be a very serious matter.
