You need to balance a healthy diet and keep active.

A healthy diet includes a range of foods but never too much of one type.

To try to be more healthy use the 'healthy eating plate' or the 'food triangle' to help you stay on track.

Lots of people record what they eat so they can see what their calorie intake is.

The reccomended calorie intake is... 2000 for women, 2500 for men.

The reccomended amount of excercise is 60 minutes per day to keep healthy.

The human body needs water and food without them we would probably die and always have breakfast and lunch and supper don't eat junk food all the time follow the food charts always have veggies and fruit try not to eat to much junk food!
